What remains of development projects when their funding ends?

After Development is an emerging platform for dialogue between research and development practice. Its focus is the nexus between researchers and practitioners, who jointly examine, document and debate which institutions, infrastructures, forms of knowledge and dependencies remain when projects end and donors withdraw.

Current focus

BURUNDI · 2026/27

The first focus combines a field research programme for master’s students, a research blog and a planned publication marking 65 years of Burundi’s independence.
